Enter this inviting cottage and find yourselves in an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Open the doors to bring the outside in and unwind after busy days out in front of the TV/DVD. Prepare delicious dinners for two in the kitchen then dine together inside or out, depending on the weather. Head up to the first floor to run a long, hot bath then lay your head in the comfortable, king-size bedroom. Carry your first cup of tea of the morning out into the garden and take in the views over Cefn Bryn, a scenic, five-mile-long ridge, home to a Neolithic monument called Arthur’s Stone. Fire up the hot tub as often as you choose and unwind in there with a glass of something bubbly. Find secure cycle storage at the property, plus plenty of parking.
Lace up your boots and head straight out to explore Cefn Bryn. Grab your swimming costumes and towels and drive 6 miles down to the beach at Oxwich Bay or about the same distance to Three Cliffs. Llangennith Beach, also 6 miles away, is widely considered to be one of the best places to surf in South Wales, while Rhossili Beach, 10 miles from the cottage, is a lovely place to walk, with its 3 miles of golden sand.
