Explore coast and countryside from this detached farmhouse just 3 miles from Aberystwyth. Set on a small working farm with cattle and sheep as neighbours and stunning rural views, it offers a welcome escape from the everyday for five guests. Create days to remember as you discover the watersports of the rugged Ceredigion coastline, stroll along the coastal path above or jump on the cliff railway before returning to the farmhouse for a BBQ on the lawn.

With original features, spacious rooms and home comforts, this modernised farmhouse is the perfect base to return to after busy days spent exploring West Wales. Prepare family feasts in the bright kitchen area, which overlooks the lawn, before heading for the dining room where competitive types will enjoy a game on the foosball table. Lose yourself in a good book in the sunny conservatory, which opens onto the lawn, or snuggle up on the sofa in the lounge. After a long walk or a dip in the bracing sea, warm up with a soak in the bath before later retiring to one of the three charming bedrooms. We had a lovely holiday at Chancery cottage, which worked very well for our family of 4. The owner was very nice and the cottage was very clean with all amenities and facilities available to us. Having access to an electrical vertical charger was an added bonus to staying here!

Excellent cottage. The only criticism is proximity of main road and resulting traffic noise.

We have never been to a cottage that was so week stocked with the basics plus. Loads towels, toilet paper, shower gels etc. Was amazing. View is a wow. The hosts were extremely helpful. Would go back

There were so many extras provided in this cottage coffee, tea, shower gel, shampoo and to crown it all a beautiful home made chocolate cake! Lovely country views and farm animals, new calves and lambs to watch whilst sitting in the private garden

We have only given three stars for location. We weren't aware of the close proximity to the busy road. The traffic is constantly noisy. The cottage was spotless and Lisa was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed watching them feeding the lambs.
