Our grading system explained.

FBM Holidays is a Visit Wales accredited agency meaning all our properties are graded by Visit Wales within 10 days of them going live on our website. At FBM Holidays we accept properties from a minimum 3 star grade up to the luxury 5 star grade. I have attached the link below which explains in depth the minimum criteria for each grade. Our customers have high expectations of what should be in the property they have chosen to stay in, and many more people are looking for 4 and 5 star properties for their vacation.

Why do FBM Holidays use Visit Wales gradings?
Visit Wales carry out a grading assessment of the overall quality of a property. This is to place the property on a scale between 1 and 5 Stars, with 5 Stars representing top quality.
The assessor also checks that particular facilities, expected by customers at certain Star grades, are present at the property. Customers then have a basis for comparing the different kinds of properties available to them in Pembrokeshire, and finding somewhere to stay that meets their specific requirements and expectations.
You will be provided with a detailed report of the assessment, and the Visit Wales grading visit will help you, the owner, to maintain and develop the quality of your holiday property.
