Third Tenfoot Swim Weekend a Resounding Success

Wales’ toughest open sea swim attracts record numbers in it’s third outing, as over 300 take to the water for some fantastic causes.

The Tenfoot Swim, a major new event in the Pembrokeshire events calendar has celebrated it’s third-ever weekend by drawing its biggest crowds and competitor numbers since the event began in 2017.

Part of the TenFoot weekend of events, which sees two days of events over two days; a multi-length fun run (The FootStep) on the Friday evening, and then the Tenfoot Swim main event, this year joined also by a new swim/run event, the organisers have seen record numbers join in for each event, and in turn have already raised a staggering £20,000 for two charities close to the hearts of the local people of both Tenby and Saundersfoot.

The Tenfoot swim – so-called, as it begins in TENby, and ends in SaundersFOOT – was established in 2017
