Pembrokeshire Up to 41 Blue Flag Beaches

Pembrokeshire has always been proud of the number of Blue Flag beaches it has.

Pembrokeshire has a superb array of beaches right around its rugged coastline and now the number of recognised blue flag beaches in the county has reached a colossal 41!

Pembrokeshire was delighted to see many Blue Flag beaches named in the latest release of recently evaluated beaches in the UK. The beaches in question include:

  • Amroth
  • Broadhaven Central
  • Coppet Hall
  • Dale
  • Lydstep
  • Newgale
  • Tenby North
  • Tenby South
  • Castle Beach Tenby
  • Whitesands
  • Saundersfoot

Also, whilst writing, Green Coast Awards have been awarded to Abereiddy, Barafundle Bay, Broad Haven South, Cwm-yr -Eglwys, Druidston Haven, Freshwater East, Marloes, Martins Haven, Penally, Priory Bay Caldey Island and West Dale.

Pembrokeshire has always been proud of the number of Blue Flag beaches it has. Our water quality is superb and yet justifies another reason to come swimming, sailing and surfing or just build sand castles in Pembrokeshire.
