Here at FBM Holidays, we traditionally like to recognise the contribution of our staff over the course of the year, by arranging a small award ceremony. This year, staff in the firm were asked to vote and participate to find out who the winners of two award categories would be. The award titles, as last year, were:
Kat came to us just before the Easter this year, joining from another local business. A Tenby local for some time, Kat joined us to replace the outgoing duty manager, and really hit the ground running. Tasked with a lot of the tougher tasks in regards to customer service, Kat has immersed herself in the business and the culture of the holiday letting industry. She became an instantly popular member of the team due to her fantastic personality and work-ethic, and as such, when it came for our staff to vote for this year’s awards, Kat came out a clear winner.
Company partner, Tim Brace said “Kat is great and has been a really valuable member of our relatively new Customer Services team since she arrived. She has made a massive impact, put in a huge effort and her expertise and knowledge from her time at Virgin Airlines has really paid dividends in the Holidays department this year. She has brought a dynamic and affirmative presence to the role and she is very deserving of this accolade. Well done.”
