FBM Holidays Awarded Platinum Feefo Award

Consistently delivering excellence.

FBM Holidays is thrilled to have once again been recognised for its delivery of exceptional customer experiences by winning the ultimate Feefo Platinum Award.

This is the fourth year in a row the local holiday accommodation letting company has received recognition at the Trusted Service Awards – an event hosted by customer review and insight technology company, Feefo.

The Platinum Award was well-deserved for FBM Holidays as only businesses having been awarded the Feefo Gold Service Award three years in a row are eligible to win it.

FBM Holidays exceeded the award criteria of achieving at least an overall 4.5 rating from their customers, with an overall 4.7 rating between January 1 and December 31, 2019.

It currently has almost 2,300 reviews on its Feefo page with customers raving about their “excellent” experience booking with the company, and how they experienced “fabulous service”, “fab properties”, and “very friendly” staff.

This is the first year that Feefo has launched a Platinum category at the annual awards and FBM Holidays Director, Tim Brace was thrilled for the company to receive the accolade.

“It’s a real recognition of how hard the team at FBM Holiday’s has worked and continues to work to help our customers enjoy their perfect getaway. Staff should feel very proud of themselves for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, who are the most important judges of what we do.”

Brace said FBM Holidays was committed to delivering the highest quality of service. “It is incredibly important that we listen to what our customers say about their experiences, understand what they want, and respond to them by offering the best experience possible. He commended Feefo saying it has helped the company to stay at the top of its game and consistently improve its services throughout 2019.
