Here at FBM Holidays, we traditionally like to recognise the contribution of our staff over the course of the year, by arranging a small award ceremony. This year, staff in the firm were asked to vote and participate to find out who the winners of two award categories would be. The award titles, as last year, were:

Carol to many of our owners will be very well known by this point. Having been with the company for over 6 years, Carol has been Customer Services manager and first point of contact for most owners for many years now. Having witnessed a rise in bookings and customers over the last few years, the customer service team has evolved dramatically and Carol is in charge or maintaining a smooth service in an extremely tough department within FBM Holidays. Responsible for almost all of the customer-facing work that goes on, as well as providing a vital service in customer communication, maintenance issues and key collection duties, Carol and her team work tirelessly throughout what is is an ever-increasing holiday calendar cycle.
Company partner, Tim Brace said “The work Carol does is vital and therefore she is very deserving of this accolade given to her by the staff at FBM Holidays. A tireless worker, Carol often goes above and beyond to keep the wheels here in the Holidays department going in what can be a very challenging environment, and as well as directly managing a team of up to 8 in the summer months.”
