Situated in the centre of Pembroke town, Pembroke Castle dates back to the 12th century and was the birthplace of Henry VII and the Tudor dynasty. Large parts of the castle are intact and provide visitors with a real feel of life in early Tudor times. Other castles nearby are located at Carew and Manorbier.
