Really Wild Festival

St Davids will be going “Wild” again on July 29th and 30th 2011!

St. Davids in Pembrokeshire, Britain’s smallest city will host this unique event for the seventh year. Set in the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, The Really Wild Food and Countryside Festival is a ‘Celebration of Food and Countryside Crafts Originating from the Wild’. Highlights this year include : -

  • Icelandic Horses Come and meet the original Viking horse! Members of the Icelandic Horse Society of Great Britain will show off their unique little horses, and demonstrate their extra gaits.
  • Pony Rides Thanks to the lovely folks at the St Davids Trekking Centre, we'll have pony rides for the first time at the Really Wild Festival.
  • Cookery Demonstrations We've got some fab chefs cooking up a storm with local, foraged ingredients.
  • Pig Racing Like horse racing only with pigs, no jockeys and oodles more fun!

Over 70 exhibitors and producers will be showcasing what Wales does best with displays of food and drink to sample and buy.
