Ceredigion - as with Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion is blessed with an abundance of local seafood and lamb and beef, as well as salmon. With an abundance of population speaking Welsh, you may find the emphasis on Welsh recipes using the local foods in season. Surely everyone has heard of Bara Brith, This classic yeasty, fruity tea bread is traditional in Wales. Welsh Cawl is a stew and made from bacon, Welsh lamb or beef, cabbage and leeks.
