At the heart of St Brides Bay you will find, Nolton Haven a delightful village in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in South West Wales. Nolton Haven has its own little beach which is a sandy cove with steep cliffs surrounding it.

Nolton Haven is surrounded by similar villages along the coast line of St Brides Bay including Druidstone, Broadhaven and Roch. Nolton Haven is ideally situated near many of Pembrokeshire’s beaches including Newgale and Little Haven. Newgale is a spectacular stretch of sand 3 miles long. You are likely to find windsurfers and kitesurfers here on particularly windy days. It’s also a great beach to visit with the family as it has excellent facilities which can be recognised by its Blue Flag Award status. There are also a couple of shops selling traditional beach toys such as balls, buckets and spades and kites. If you want to try your hand at some watersports you will be pleased to know that there are also watersports shops which as well as renting out equipment, also offering instructor led outings for the less experienced.

The village of Marloes is also a short drive from Nolton Haven. Marloes is a superb location that has much to offer to the whole family. The sands along this stretch of coast are backed by steep cliffs which offer superb views to the offshore islands where thousands of sea birds come to breed every year. Walking along the coastline here also offers the chance to see seals and their pups (during season) as more than 25% of the world population arrives each year to pup along the Pembrokeshire coast. Look out for small, isolated pebbly coves below the cliffs for the best chance to see them, or you can even take a boat trip from St Martins Haven to see them basking off the shoreline. Out to sea you may also spot dolphins and porpoises-be sure to bring your binoculars!

Nolton Haven also has a nearby horseriding centre (Nolton Stables) which offers a variety of horseriding treks from novice to experienced. Some treks also incorporate the beach which is a great way to see this wonderful part of the county.

There are plenty of nearby attractions to Nolton Haven. As well as an abundance of watersports and boat trips on offer there are also woollen mills, pottery workshops and art galleries.
