Approximately 3 miles away is Stackpole, approached via beautiful meandering country lanes, where you will find the Stackpole Inn, a superb restaurant for food lovers. The Boathouse tea-room on Stackpole Quay serves excellent fresh lobster, mackerel and crab in season. The Freshwater Inn is the local public house and the village of Lamphey just 2 miles away has a local bakery, shop/post office, garage and restaurants.

A short drive leads to the famous Bosherston Lily Ponds and the beaches at Broadhaven South, Manorbier, Shrinkle and Swanlake Bay. The historic town of Pembroke is 4 miles away with its medieval castle and mill pond walks. Tenby and Saundersfoot are within an easy 30 minute drive away.
