Freshwater East is an ideal setting for the holiday homes of Freshwater Bay Holiday Village, located in the only Coastal National Park in Great Britain. All the chalets are just a few hundred metres from the beach. Perfect for families, couples, bird watchers, walkers and extreme sport lovers. Freshwater Bay has it all, with a restaurant/bar, shop and games room at 'The Longhouse' situated at the front of the village. (The Longhouse, shop and games room are open throughout the year - restricted hours in winter).
Freshwater Bay is the perfect holiday destination away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The Freshwater Inn is the local public house and serves excellent food, with the village of Lamphey a mere two miles away with its local bakery, shop/post office, garage and restaurants 'The Lantern ' and 'The Dial Inn'. 'The Lamphey Hall Hotel' has an excellent restaurant and 'The Lamphey Court Hotel' with its restaurant and spa is open to non residents.
A short drive to the local beauty spots of Stackpole Quay with its superb tea room and the famous Lily pools at Bosherston, the beaches of Broadhaven South, Manorbier, Skrinkle and Swanlake Bay. Barafundle beach was recently voted one of the best in the UK. Historic Pembroke is only four miles away, with its mill pond walk taking you around the walls of the medieval castle. Tenby and Saundersfoot are within an easy 30 minute drive.

Freshwater East is a small coastal village popular for a family holiday with a beautiful sandy beach backed by low dunes and flanked by red sandstone cliffs. An ideal area for ramblers with access on to the 186 mile National Park coastal path where the spectacular coastline scenery can be truly appreciated.Visitors can explore the Castlemartin Peninsula,Stackpole Quay,Barafundle Bay,the Bosherston Lily Ponds and Broad Haven all are within easy reach along the coast path.The village has a public house and also The Long House which can be located on Freshwater Bay Holiday village.
