Rent not inclusive of electricity - £1 slot meter for electricity. Either electric fires and immersion heater for hot water or open fire with back boiler for hot water and radiators. Duvets and bed linen provided.

Location

Sardis is situated 1/2 mile from Kilgetty (Welsh: Cilgeti)  which lies at the crossing of the A477 road between St. Clears and Pembroke Dock and the A478 road between Tenby and Cardigan. The village has local shopping facilities with a medium-sized supermarket, newsagents, chemists, butchers, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway.

The pub, which was previously called the Railway Inn, is now known as the White Horse. There is also a RAOB social club and a local sports club that has a cricket ground.

The neighbouring village of Begelly is well known for Folly Farm and is a short distance west of Kilgetty as are the villages of Broadmoor and East Williamston.

The beaches at Amroth and Saundersfoot are approx. a mile and a half away.

Tenby -  5.6 miles takes 9 mins approx.  Tenby has a variety of shops, with a selection of High street shops.  It has also has a very good selection of restaurants and pubs to suite all tastes. 
Carmarthen - 21.1 miles takes 31 mins approx.   Carmarthen has a large shopping centre with most of the supermarkets and many of the other High Street shops, Multi screen cinema.
Pembroke Dock - 12.8 miles takes 20 mins approx.  Pembroke Dock has a small shopping centre with many of the supermarkets and a selection of high street shops, and the Ferry Terminal for Ireland.
Haverfordwest - 17.4 miles takes 32 mins approx.  Haverfordwest has a large shopping centre with most of the supermarkets and many other high street shops, cinema and Castle.
Visitor Attractions:  The local leisure attractions, Manor Farm, Heatherton Activities Centre, Folly Farm and Oakwood are all within easy reach by car and in the peak weeks may have a regular bus service to and fro.
