Open plan L-shaped Lounge/Dining room with many decorative items, selection of books, flat screen digital TV with radio included, DVD/CD player.  Kitchenette to rear, equipped to a high standard and includes a full size cooker, fridge and microwave.  A folding room divider leads to the Dining Room, with pull down double bed within alcove and views overlooking the beach and coastline.  Bedroom with twin beds.  Bathroom, bath, electric shower, whb, WC and wall heater.
Wall mounted electric room heaters in bedroom and lounge.  Rent is inclusive of  electricity. Bed linen, blankets and duvets are provided. Please bring own towels.  Non-smokers only. 2pm takeover.
