Celtic Quest Coasteering will take your family on an unforgettable adventure along the Pembrokeshire coast. Minimum age is 8 years old.
The car rounds a bend and there it is, your playground for the next few hours, rocky coast and crashing waves.
The car's parked up and you're introduced to your Coasteering Guides. They give you all the kit you'll need. After wriggling into your wetsuit and fastening up your adventure equipment you're given the safety briefing.
That's it, you're off! Starting with some easy rock-hopping, belly flops, cannon balls and bombing. As you work your way along the coastline the scramble climbing gets tougher and the jumps get higher. Don't worry though, you don't have to do any bits you don't want to.
If the waves are crashing you'll be able to try a spin in the toilet bowl flush or washing machine. Buoyancy aids make you super floaty, you don't even need to be a strong swimmer! Go With The Flow!!
Coasteering's not just for children, parents share is the adventure, often competing for style on the stunt jumps.
The adventure finishes with the biggest cliff jumps. How high can you go£ The biggest jump is 10m.
Celtic Quest Coasteering Guides take a digital camera with them, capturing photos and videos of your adventure as it unfolds. These are available to buy at the end of the activity from the van.
The Coasteering team you at the beach, Abereiddy Bay on the North Pembrokeshire coast. Home of the Blue Lagoon and Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series location 2012 & 2013. Exploring the right hand side of the bay, its got the lot, small to BIG cliff jumps, scramble climbing and water features.
