It’s a new year and a new IRONMAN Wales journey, 2012 finished great for me and I completed my first IRONMAN in a very good time of 13 hrs and 22mins. All my hard work and commitment to training paid off and as a result of this, I have decided to enter again this year.

January can be a quiet time in Tenby but at the moment especially at weekends we seem to have lots of visitors.  The restaurants and bars in Tudor Square seem very busy. Tenby is popular with people from other parts of Pembrokeshire for day trips and evenings out, as well as visitors from further afield, staying for short breaks or longer.
