It gets said that Alyn Williams doesn’t get out of the kitchen very often, so when he got invited to Walesto take part in this years Pembrokeshire Fish Week Festival at the beginning of July along with other esteemed chefs and personalities Alyn jumped at the chance.

After a well deserved break Billy has returned to his training, Billy jetted of toGreecefor a 2 week holiday and still managed to fit in his daily swim in the pool. He explained, “it was nice to swim outdoors in the Greek Weather, but I much prefer training on Tenby’s surroundings, there’s just something about it.” Now he’s back on track and hitting the ground running with his training plan. Billy’s back to his weekly routine of runs, swims and bike rides. “I feel lucky that I can train on the course and get a feel for what it is going to be like before the big day.”
